Steve Stockman is a Republican member of Congress, a former IBM accountant, and a Moron. Here is a partial list of dumb things he has done or said:
- His new campaign sticker reads: “If babies had guns they wouldn’t be aborted.” We expect Stockman to aim legislation at enforcing the right to arm babies, for if we leave the toddlers disarmed, then only the outlaw toddlers will have guns
- Found religion while eating pizza and watching television, which sounds to us like a scene cut from the movie Idiocracy
- Mother Jones’ Tim Murphy describes his behavioral cycle as “Light a fire; add some potassium nitrate; then stand back and gawk at the crater“
- Said he wanted Janet Reno indicted for premeditated murder after the 1993 Waco debacle and claimed President Clinton had engineered the disastrous standoff in order to pass the 1994 assault rifle ban
- Described himself as a former “studerino” despite his former homelessness
- Consonant to his career of being mad at government, he is married to a career employee of NASA’s Johnson Flight Center
- Invited Ted Nugent to the 2013 State of the Union speech for “balance” and even called the rock star “articulate”
- Expressed sympathy with the Oklahoma City bombers
- Threatened to impeach Obama over gun legislation
- Earned the endorsement of Left Behind series creator Tim LaHaye
- Before trolling America with his sticker, Stockman trolled Twitter by saying President Obama “has no sympathy for unarmed women raped by criminals”
- One word: PALINESQUE
