Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney Patrick Frey may be a fine prosecutor in the county’s hard gangs unit. No idea. I never see any news stories about cases he has broken or investigated. But it’s clear that when it comes to investigating actual people who rise above the rat-like intellect of a hardcore gang member, @Patterico is clearly at a loss.

This exchange started with a third person asking if the Worthing/Walker scam, et al, was nothing more than a big money making scheme.
The Watchful Avenger, using his Twitter Handle @BreitbartUnmask, replied.
Which is true. In the letter Aaron Walker received from the lawyer hired to dispense with his services, while Walker’s pursuit of the Brett Kimberlin case on company time and his being identified as the author of the “Everyone Draw Mohammed Day” blog were given as subtext in the reasons for his being fired, the lawyer who fired him said those were minor issues. Apparently, not everyone can read reading when it’s wrote.
“The Person” Frey mentions here is not the person who fired Walker. The “person” mentioned here is Walker’s wife.
Frey, with his ratlike mentality, struck back.
Smug little asswipe, ain’t he? The smugness continues.
Now, take this for what it’s worth. I have never met Brett Kimberlin. But I have heard his voice on tape. I have also never met the Watchful Avenger. But we have spoken on the phone. He is not, nor does he sound ANYTHING like Brett Kimberlin. But let’s not let that stop the fun. (And notice how Hoge couldn’t help but dip his filthy beard into the shit between Frey’s ass cheeks? What a lickspittle toady!)
The smugness continues.
Frey CONTINUES to ignore the letter from Jim Hodges, the lawyer retained by Walker’s employer to flush him down the sewer.
Having no answer, Frey concludes his cross-examination.
Let’s review.
Frey doesn’t deny that the person who said it was KIMBERLIN, not scary MOOSLIMS the “girls” were afraid of was Walker’s wife, whatever her name is. I don’t think her first name has ever been mentioned in any blog, and there doesn’t seem to be any evidence whatsoever that she is even alive.
Secondly, Frey completely ignores THIS LETTER, written by the guy who FIRED Walker! (Click the image to see full size.)
Now, this is the ACTUAL LETTER and the OFFICIAL REASON given by the lawyer hired to dispose of Walker for his firing. NO MENTION OF KIMBERLIN! The “girls” were frightened, and rightfully so, of reprisals from Islamic extremists and the continued presence of Walker’s wife would make her, and the company, a target for retaliation. THAT is the reason why the wife was let go.
But, as we have established, the Deputy District Attorney of Los Angeles County, Patrick Frey, is not concerned with what is true and what is not. He is concerned with who will drop money into his donation box and who will not. He is concerned with telling WHATEVER LIE HE CAN TELL to further his aims of enrichment via blogging and the truth be damned.
This explains why he is currently in trouble. And why he is in even MORE trouble now, after his rant over the weekend. That is our next story.
