Baylor University announced that Ken Starr is transitioning from University President to Chancellor and Law Professor. Under Starr’s leadership, Baylor University responded sluggishly (if at all) to allegations of sexual assaults by students, including several Baylor football players. Ken Starr’s political witch-hunt about President Bill Clinton’s sex life (the Monica Lewinsky scandal) and business ventures (“Whitewater”) cost U.S taxpayers $70 million dollars. Like most Neo-Victorian social conservatives, Starr has proven to be hypocritical (see Gingrich, Newt). Notice also that Baylor did not fire the stellar University fundraiser Starr despite the malignant neglect of his leadership. Instead, Baylor “transitioned” Starr from President to Chancellor and Law Professor.
