White American Youth, available on Amazon and elsewhere, is a story of redemption. It is Christian Picciolini‘s story about his rise from the ruination of racism, his escape from the self-imposed Hell of Hatred.

“A stunning look inside the world of violent hate groups by a onetime white supremacist leader who, shaken by a personal tragedy, realized the error of his ways and abandoned his destructive life to become an anti-hate activist.

Picciolini shared his story on NPR’s “Fresh Air” program on Jan. 18.

White American Youth stands as evidence that the only thing keeping even the most hate-filled racist from reclaiming his or her status as a member of the human race is the desire to do so, showing that even the most lost among us can be found if one truly knows where to look.
