Look out, spicy condiment lovers, there’s a new sauce in town from comic/writer/filmmaker/photographer Dailey Pike, and it’s bound to be a hit. He’s calling it Soyracha ™, the world’s first “hot chili soy sauce,” and it’s already generating interest on social media from spicy food lovers and vendors alike.

“For many years, I’ve been dousing my food with a homemade hot chili soy sauce. I even add it to beer. Seriously, I absolutely love the flavor. I call it my ‘Soyracha’ sauce,” he says of the new sauce mix. ” I found there was no other ‘hot chili soy sauce’. I realized I had created not only a unique, flavorful sauce, but also a new brand, Soyracha Hot Chili Soy Sauce. This sauce could absolutely be a signature sauce for a fast food chain.”

Sorry folks — it’s not yet available in stores while Pike searches around for restaurant partnerships, but you can learn about where to grab a taste when it’s ready by following the Soyracha Facebook page.

  1. I love anything spicy. I wish it was already available for purchase. It seems interesting. I am looking forward to it coming out.

  2. This sounds interesting. I would try it when it comes out on the market. In the meantime, I’ll try adding hot sauce to soy sauce myself to see what the results are. It might be a tad too salty for me, though.

  3. He adds it in his beer? Wow, either the sauce is that good, or this guy is completely nuts. Whatever the case, he has my attention.
    But ‘Soyracha’? Seriously?

  4. I love spicy food and condiments, so it’s a bit of a tease to hear about this and not be able to get it. I just hope it’s actually spicy because so many things advertise that they are and then I find out they don’t have the faintest idea what spicy really is.

  5. Hypatia, my eternal gratitude to what appears from your icon to be a gentle soul, for your article about my Soyracha. I am in your debt madam with no lack of skills. Wow, that’s verging on prose.

      1. Love That Sauce, I’ve signed a production agreement with a major sauce manufacturer… the recipe is in their hands… soon a “small” test batch… then full production… available online… hoping with fingers XX, weeks not months. What I’m trying to do now is create awareness in some small way. I’m doing some fun things to entertain, educate and inform on Facebook if you want to take a look. http://Facebook.com/SoyrachaSauce

        1. I smell a Shark Tank pitch!! Mr. Wonderful will want a royalty in perpetuity, Cuban will say because he doesn’t get into food, and for that reason he is out. Barbara will give you the offer but want 35 percent of the company. Damon will decline because he is into clothes. And Robert will decline because he doesn’t get the food business lol.

So it will be either a huge discount to book for Mr Wonderful who will take a royalty for life on every bottle sold, or Babs, who will want 35 percent but will get you in all the big box retailers tomorrow. If you decline you get the gold digger juice from the appearance and make it just off the publicity from being on the show.

Either way you are on your way to millions. Good Luck and happy hunting. I will buy the first bottle. I want a signed bottle lol. It will be a collectors item later on 🙂
