Donald Trump just held an impromptu press conference as he left the White House for his Florida Thanksgiving vacation. Asked about the Dec. 12 Alabama Special Election for the U.S. Senate seat and the choice of Roy Moore (accused by several women of various acts of harassment and/or molestation) and Doug Jones (who successfully prosecuted two Klansmen for a church bombing that killed four little girls), Trump said, in effect, “We’ll take the kiddie diddler.“
“We don’t need a liberal person in there,” Trump said, referring to Jones, Moore’s Democratic opponent.
It’s a binary choice. The accused molester or the known prosecutor of racist murderers. Trump didn’t dither when asked who he prefers.
Trump said Jones is soft on crime. Softer than an accused child molester?
Birds of a feather…
